Our downstairs neighbor woke us up this morning about an hour ago, yelling at us because our kids' noise is apparently amplified down there. #
He bangs on the floor/ceiling all the time but we've been civil until today. This morning he threatened to retaliate. We told the manager. #
The neighbor yelled at the manager. The manager given them 30 days eviction notice. It's going to be a tense 30 days. #
